Italian Chicken & Veggies in Foil

I tried this recipe for the first time while bringing it for dinner to make at someone else's house. I prepped everything at my house, and while visiting family - took it to theirs to bake in the oven for dinner, to enjoy with them! It was delicious and not only so easy to prepare, but so easy to transport as well!

Here is what you need:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 bell peppers 
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bottle of Italian salad dressing
- 4 pieces of aluminum foil
- Pyrex baking dish

To prepare, slice the 2 bell peppers in thin pieces, along with the onion. 

To start, take 4 pieces of aluminum foil and line the bottom of your pyrex baking dish. 
Add one chicken breast for each piece of aluminum foil.


Top each chicken breast with slices of onion.


Next, top each piece of chicken breast with slices of bell pepper.


Lastly, pour a nice amount of Italian salad dressing over each piece of chicken.


Close each of the chicken breasts by folding over the tops of the aluminum foil.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until poultry is at 165 degrees.


Serve and enjoy! :)
